Arabs debate information highway project

Arab information experts examined on Tuesday in Cairo means to implement an Arab information highway project. The experts reviewed the results of studies conducted by the Arab Satellite Organization "ARABSAT," the Arab Radio Stations Union and the Egyptian Satellites Society "Nile Sat" with a view to setting up the basic infrastructure and equipment necessary for launching the project.
Arab information ministers had set up at a previous meeting held in Algeria an experts committee to study the creation of the Arab information highway.
