Six gunmen killed in Algeria

Algerian security forces have killed six armed men during mopping-up operations carried out in the provinces of Tiaret and Tizi Ouzou. The Algerian daily al-Youm said that the Algerian security forces found the body of one Algerian citizen knifed in Sayyed district in al-Beid province.
For its part, the Algerian daily al-Khabar said a bomb was exploded in Ein al-Turki town in Ain Defla province, wounding two citizens.
