Mubarak gets a message from Uruguayan president

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak received a message on Tuesday from Uruguay's president concerning bilateral relations between the two countries and means of developing them in all fields. The message was delivered by Uruguay's vice president, who is also chairman of the senate council, during his meeting on Tuesday with Mubarak.
