Israel violates April Understanding
Lebanon-Israel, Military, 5/18/1999
Israeli occupation forces have committed flagrant violations to provisions of the April Understanding by bombarding, on Sunday night, the residential areas in Eita al-Jabal town.
News reports from South Lebanon said Israeli artillery positioned in Burket Rish and the" 17" position bombarded, using 155 mm shells, the suburbs of the town. The bombardment resulted in damaging the mosque and several citizens houses, SANA reported.
