Some 25 armed men killed in Algeria

The Algerian daily al-Muhaqiq said on Monday that the security forces killed 25 armed men during a major mopping-up operation carried out in the woods of Seidi Ali Bu Nab and Meizranah in Tizi Ouzou province, 130 km from the capital, Algiers.
For its part, the Algerian daily al-Youm said the Armed Islamic Group attacked one of the small villages in Wahran province and killed two persons and two others were wounded.
