Moroccan official starts european tour

Moroccan secretary of state for cooperation, Aicha Belarbi, arrived on Sunday in Germany, first leg of a European tour that will lead her to Austria and Slovenia.
Belarbi, who is visiting Germany for the third time since her appointment in March 1998, will hold talks with German federal minister of cooperation and development, Heidemarie Wieczorek-Zeul.
The German ministry of cooperation and development is the department in charge of managing Germany's annual 70 million DM in assistance to development.
Belarbi is also scheduled to visit Frankfurt where she will meet officials at the German society for technical cooperation "GTZ" and of the institution of credits for reconstruction "KFW."
