Kuwait for boosting Iranian-Arab relations

Kuwait's first deputy Premier and foreign minister, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad, has stated that the Gulf Cooperation Council states are looking forward vast horizons of solid relations built on confidence with Iran.

In an inaugural speech at the symposium held in Kuwaiti under the title "Towards new prospects of relations between the GCC member states and Iran" on Saturday, held in collaboration between the University of Kuwait and the Gulf and the Arab peninsula studies center, the Kuwaiti FM said "We are looking forward to strengthening historical and brotherly ties and relations of good neighborly and adherence to settling disputes by peaceful means between the GCC and Iran."

He added that the most important requirements for achieving security and stability in the region is to unify efforts, give up disputes and reach common solutions to pending matters.
