UN representative appointed in Western Sahara

The UN mission in charge of the referendum in the Western Sahara on Sunday announced that US diplomat William Eaglton, will be appointed very shortly as a special representative for the UN at the Western Sahara.
AFP quoted the team's sources as saying that the two sides concerned Morocco and the Polisario front were informed on the appointment decision of Eaglton in succession of Charles Dunbar, who resigned from his post in the mid of last march. Following Dunbar resignation, the British Robert Kenloush was appointed at acting president for the investigation committee for the identity of the Sahara's voters.
