Emir of Qatar receives a message from Khatami

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani received a message today from Iranian President Muhammad Khatami. The Gulf News Agency said that the message, which was delivered through diplomatic channels, related to relations between the two countries and several issues in the Islamic arena.
