Morocco's Asmaa Laghzaoui ranks 3rd in Doha athletic meeting

Moroccan Asmaa Laghzaoui ranked 3rd at the 3000 m race held Thursday at the Doha athletic meeting part of the IAAF Grand Prix.
The Moroccan runner covered the distance in 8:42.11 behind Yorko Elitcha of Ethiopia. The race was won by Liah Mallot of kenya.
Zhor El Kamch, the 2nd Moroccan women athlete showing up in the same race, finished 5th.
In the Doha's 400 m hurdles, Moroccan Zahra Lachgar ranked 7th as her compatriot Salwa Ouaziz in the 1500 m.
Adil El Kouch also finished 7th in the men's 1500 m while Mohamed Amine ranked 9th in the 3000 m and Ibrahim Lakhal came in the 10th place in the 3000 m steeples.
