Speaker of Morocco's chamber of advisors meets head of the foreign relations committee at Tunisia's parliament

Speaker of the Moroccan Chamber of Advisors, Mohamed Jalal Essaid, conferred Thursday in Rabat with head of the Tunisian Parliament's foreign affairs committee, on ways of enhancing partnership between the two countries' legislative bodies.

The two sides reviewed bilateral relations, the evolution of trade exchange and the importance of the free trade accord concluded recently between Morocco and Tunisia.

The status of the Arab Maghreb Union as well as ways to reactivate the Maghreban unity process and consolidate the inter-Maghreban partnership in all sectors were also tackled during the meeting.
