Spain recruits Moroccans, Kosovar refugees for seasonal jobs in construction and agriculture

In view of pressing needs in the sectors of construction and agriculture, Spain has decided to offer seasonal jobs to Moroccans and Kosovar refugees and to issue legal stay and work documents to undocumented immigrants.

Spain is projecting to offer 30,000 seasonal work permits this year, mainly to Moroccan nationals and Albanian-Kosovars who have taken refuge in Spain.

The seasonal workers will be working in construction and farming, where production costs have risen in view of the shortage of labor force.
