AOAD's seminar on nature reserves

The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development will hold a national workshop on the role of nature reserves in Lattakia, a coastal city in Syria, in maintaining bio-diversity.
The AOAD will hold the workshop on May 18 - 20 in collaboration between the Syrian Ministry of Environmental Affairs, at the Damascus al-Sham hotel.
The workshop is designed to assess the current condition of the natural reserves and their importance in the Arab states and to highlight their role in protecting bio-diversity. The workshop also aims at reactivating joint efforts and cooperation among the Arab states and exchanging expertise and experience in these areas.
