Syrian information minister confers with Arab information committee chief

Syrian Information Minister Muhammad Salman on Wednesday in Damascus received the chairman of the permanent committee for the Arab media, Amin Basyouni. Talks dealt with the agenda of the forthcoming meeting of the council of the Arab information ministers due to be held in Cairo next month and topics which are of interest to the Arab media, in general.
Talks also dealt with media relations between Syria and Egypt, especially in the field of the TV and the satellite stations.
