Libyan FM confers with Eritrean official

The secretary of the people's general committee for foreign relations and international cooperation in Libya, Omar al-Muntasir, met on Monday night in Tripoli with the secretary of the People's Front for Justice and Democracy in Eritrea, al-Amin Muhammad Saeed, and members of the accompanying delegation, currently visiting Libya.
During the meeting, the Eritrean official lauded Libya's role in establishing peace and stability in the African Horn region, especially between Sudan and Eritrea and between Eritrea and Ethiopia, and in achieving reconciliation in Somalia.
The two sides discussed several issues pertaining to means of strengthening bilateral relations between Libya and Eritrea and means of developing them for the common interests of the two countries.
