Omani - German bank alliance

Oman's Majan International Bank SAOC, established in November 1998, and Germany's Commerezbank AG have signed a strategic alliance agreement through which Commerezbank AG acquires up to 25% of Majan International Bank SAOC's authorized capital, Oman News Agency reported.
