Kuwaiti emir gets a message from Iranian counterpart

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah has received a message from Iranian President Muhammad Khatami. The message was delivered by the Iranian deputy foreign minister for Arab and African affairs, Sayed Muhammad al-Sader, during his meeting with Sheikh Jaber in Kuwait.
