Emir of Kuwait receives a message from his Senegal's counterpart

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Sunday received a message from President Abdou Diouf of Senegal. No information was disclosed on the content of the message, delivered by Senegal's minister of state and services affairs during his meeting with Sheikh Jaber in Kuwait on Sunday. Earlier in the day, Kuwaiti Crown Prince and Premier Sheikh Saad al-Abdullah al-Sabah conferred with the Senegalese minister.
