Israel continues aggression against south Lebanon

Israeli occupation forces on Sunday shelled the hills of south Lebanon's al-Tuffah district and the areas close to al-Litani, al-Zahrani and Haboush rivers, Lebanese security sources said. Further reports from south Lebanon said that Lebanese resistance sources reported that the pro-Israeli South Lebanon Army militia moved its location from the entrance Mourn town in Jezzine area to the main square in the town. The 400-meter movement back from the previous location was due to repeated strikes by Lebanese resistance forces, the Lebanese sources said.
Earlier, Israeli occupation forces bombarded several towns in the western Bekaa. Lebanese security sources reported that the Israeli heavy artillery shelled al-Litani river areas and the outskirts of Yahmour town.
The Lebanese resistance attacked an Israeli occupation position inside the occupied part of south Lebanon. A Lebanese resistance source said one of its groups attacked al-Sweida position. Direct hits were achieved.
The Lebanese resistance on Sunday night attacked the Israeli occupation troops and pro-Israeli militia positions in Balat and Beaufort.
In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said that one of its groups attacked Israeli artillery movements inside Balat position and scored direct hits. Another Lebanese resistance group attacked, using rockets and mortars, an Israeli foot patrol on the road to Beaufort. Direct hits were achieved.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces expanded their attacks against the villages and towns in the central and western sectors of south Lebanon. On Sunday afternoon, the Lebanese resistance attacked a pro-Israeli militia force while making reinforcements in the military position of Kafer Hanoush in the eastern sector of south Lebanon.
In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said its forces were able to hit the position directly.
Meanwhile, Lebanese security sources said that Israeli heavy artillery stationed in the Abu Qanha and Ahmadeyah locations shelled the surroundings of Meidoun, Meshaerfeh, Ein al-Tineh and Jabbour towns.
The Israeli bombardment coincided with heavy machine-gun fire from Israeli occupation forces on roads linking the towns, the Lebanese sources added.
On Saturday the Israeli warplanes continued their sorties at low and medium range altitude over areas in south Lebanon, especially over the western sector.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation position in al-Hardoun, carried out a mopping-up operation, using heavy artillery, against the outskirts of Majdal Zoun town and neighboring valleys. On Saturday at dawn, several Israeli shells were dropped against Zibqin's outskirts. Meanwhile, news reports from south Lebanon said that detainee Ibrahim Raja Abu Sari, being held in Khiam prison, is suffering from deteriorated health conditions and that he had undergone several surgical operations that had no relevance to diseases he suffers from. The detainee is from al-Dahera town. He was arrested four months ago. He suffers stomach-aches and fractures in his teeth and chest.
Moreover, Israel continued attacking the western sector of south Lebanon. A Lebanese security source said that al-Mansouri, Majdal Zoun, Zibqin and Jeb Sweid on Saturday morning were all shelled. Israeli warplanes raided targets adjoining the occupied part of south Lebanon. On Friday, the Israeli jet fighters carried out five raids on the western sector in south Lebanon.
