Iraqi opposition speak of Baghdad's missiles on borders with Kuwait

A statement by the Higher Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq said that Baghdad had transferred planes and missiles to al-Basra, in southern Iraq. In a statement, the council's representative in London, Hamid al-Bayati, said that "The [Iraqi] regime reinforced its missiles in Jabal Snam area on the border with Kuwait by ground missiles." He added that the Iraqi authorities also transferred three jet fighters to Saddam Hussein International Airport in al-Basra.
