Morocco's 4th Sea Fair

Sea professionals from Morocco, Europe and Japan are taking part in the 4th sea fair which opened Wednesday under the theme:"Marketing sea products."

The fair, to close doors next weekend, seeks to show Morocco's potentials in the sector and drain foreign investment to bolster fish processing industries.

The event features presentations on the rational exploitation of halieutic resources, the importance of fish in securing food self-sufficiency and the impact of free trade zones on the fishing sector.

Visitors will also tour an exhibition displaying latest high tech innovations in fishing techniques, shipment, cold-storage, ship-building, ports management and packaging industries.
