March by candidates who withdrew from Algerian presidential elections prevvented

For the third time, the Algerian authorities banned a march organized by five of the six candidates who withdraw from presidential elections in Algeria last month. The five persons decided to replace the march by regulating a people's assembly in the capital tomorrow.
