Iraqi daily calls for expelling the British, Americans
Iraq, Politics, 5/6/1999
The Iraqi daily "Babel "on Monday called for expelling Americans and the British following the new raids against northern Iraq, resulting in killing two Iraqi civilians.
"Babel" called upon the leaders of the two countries to prove just for one time "and for their own interests that they are with the Arabs and that they have the will rather than being puppet for the enemy."
The paper considered "silence towards the brutal aggression on Iraq as an actual participation in striking Iraq."
The paper asked, "Are those repeated aggressions carried out on daily basis by the US, Zionist and British jets from Saudi and Kuwaiti territories implementing international legitimacy, as claimed by them?"
