American wheat to Jordan

The US has decided to send a second donation of wheat to Jordan, estimated at a cost of US $15 million, due to the hard drought Jordan undergoes. In a statement at the conclusion of his visit to Washington on Sunday, Jordanian Minister of Industry Mahmoud Asfour said the US administration will also transfer the value of a loan allotted to Jordan for purchasing wheat at a cost of US $40 million.
