Syrian defense minister meets with Russian military delegation

Syrian Deputy Commander in Chief, Deputy Premier and Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Mustafa Tlass met on Thursday with the two directors of the signals and the electronic war departments at the Russian armed forces. The Syrian minister also received later in the day deputy director of international military cooperation at the Russian Defense Ministry.
Talks during the two meetings covered friendship and cooperation relations linking the two armies and means of developing them in the service of the two friendly peoples in Syria and the Russian Federation were reviewed.
