Malaysian message to Kuwait

Kuwait's first deputy premier and foreign minister, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad, received a message on Wednesday from Malaysian Foreign Minister Sayed Hamid al-Bar, said Kuwaiti radio. The radio report added that the message was related to bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern.
