Egypt, Morocco to submit reports on compliance to anti-torture accord

The UN Committee against Torture will consider reports and hear presentations from Egypt and Morocco among ten countries on their implementation of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman and Degrading Treatment or Punishment during the committee's three-week meetings which started yesterday.
