French business team in Damascus

Syrian Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs Salim Yassin on Monday in Damascus received the chairman of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Michael Frank, and members of the accompanying delegation. Talks dealt with ways of boosting and developing economic relations between the two countries.
The two sides also discussed the role played by the chambers of commerce and industry and the possibility of expanding joint economic and commercial relations and setting up joint projects. The Syrian deputy premier welcomed the agreement already signed between the Damascus and Paris Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
