Establishing an Egyptian - British holding company for investment

Egyptian and British businessmen are to hold talks today in the British capital in order to establish an Egyptian - British holding company for investment.
The executive manager of the Egyptian - British assembly, Ihab Serour, said that Egypt's delegation includes Mohammed Farid Khamis, Sami Saad, Ahmed El-Ramly, and Bahi El-Been El-Ibrashi.
Serour added that the suggested capital of the company is 500 million English pounds for direct investment in the projects of Toshka, Suez Gulf, and East of Port Said.
He added that they will discuss means of transferring technology, upgrading Egyptian industries, and discussing problems facing British investment projects in Egypt.
