Mubarak, Arafat to discuss establishment of Palestinian state

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak received today Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, who was ending his North African and African tour.

A Palestinian source told ArabicNews.com that Arafat informed President Mubarak of the outcome of his meetings with Arab and African officials concerning the development of the peace process and the declaration of Palestinian state.

Arafat has termed the pacts sealed with Israeli as not bilateral but international agreements, and he accused Israeli Prime Minsiter Benjamin Netanyahu of stalemating the peace process.

Then Arafat criticized Israel over continuing Judaization and confiscation of Palestinian territories. He also criticized the reoccupation of the Lebanese town of Arnoun.
