Yemen wants to normalize relations with Kuwait

Yemeni Foreign Minister Abdul Qader Bajmal has voiced Yemen's backing for the call advocated by United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan to convene an Arab summit in order to restore Arab solidarity.
The UAE news agency said the Yemeni president also expressed in a statement to al-Bayan daily published in Dubai on Monday his readiness to accept any official invitation to visit Kuwait.
Bajmal praised the desire of the Kuwaitis to strengthen joint cooperation with Yemen and asserted the desire of Yemeni President All Abdullah Saleh to normalize relations with Kuwait.
