Israeli attacks hit Lebanese civilians

On Sunday, Israel attacked Lebanese civilians in their houses in Arab Salim village and its warplanes carried out air raids against the village of Zibqin, adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon.
Lebanese police sources said that Lebanese citizen Jawad Musa was hit following Israeli shelling against residential areas in Arab Salim and the al-Tuffah district. Three Lebanese houses were damaged as a result of the Israeli bombardment.
On Sunday morning, the Lebanese resistance attacked two occupation positions held by Israeli forces and the pro-Israeli militia in Sujoud and al-Sweida. The Lebanese resistance attacks resulted in severe damage to the Israeli fortifications.
On Sunday afternoon, the Israeli occupation forces bombarded several villages and towns in the al-Nabatieh and al-Tuffah districts and the western Bekaa.
Lebanese security sources said the Israeli artillery stationed in al-Zaffata bombarded the town of Kafer Tabnit, Haboush, al-Zahrani river area, al-Taseh spring area, the woods of Sujoud, al-Rayhan, al-Rafee mount, the hills of Mleita, Lweiseh and Aqmata farms.
The Israeli aggressions were accompanied by heavy machine-gun fire and provocative mock raids carried out by Israeli warplanes at a low altitude over several areas in the south and the western Bekaa.
Meanwhile, Lebanese Prime Minister Salim al-Hoss has condemned the Israeli attacks against Lebanese people of Arnoun. Israeli forces reoccupied Arnoun last Thursday to annex it to the occupied part of south Lebanon.
The Lebanese premier stated that the Lebanese government is making contacts with international organizations to force Israel to withdraw from Arnoun and occupied southern Lebanon.
