Exports of Egyptian free zones amount to $120 million

The exports of Egyptian industrial free zones amounted to $120 million during the first quarter of the current year, in comparison to $91 million during the same period of last year for an increase of 32%.
The chairman of Egyptian investment department, Ibrahim Fawzy, said during his tour of the factories in the free zones at Nasr City.
Fazwy, also said that the exports in March from the free zones' production achieved a noticeable increase to $48.7 million, because Egypt has become an economically stable country, lured investments to the Middle East and removed obstacles facing investors in order to increase their investments in Egypt.
