Private fund for scholarships at Shareka American University

The ruler of El-Shareka and the high president of Shareka American University, Dr. Sultan Ben Mohamed El-Kassemy, issued a decree to establish a fund to manage the finances of Shareka American University.
The decree includes 14 articles, and the second article said the university's fund would be attached to the university and will be a public corporation with an independent identity, which will supervise dealings that achieve the fund's objectives.
In its third article, the decree said the main headquarters of the fund will be inside the university, and according to a decision from the university trustees, branches outside the university could established.
The fund aims at achieving the general targets of the university within the limits of the conditions of providers, as well as presenting scholarships to cover the fees of excellent or needy students and to specify amounts to spend on aspects of education and research related to the university's development for the public interest and enhancing charitable work in the university.
