UN allows animal vaccine to be sold to Iraq

The United Nations lifted a hold on a contract for one million doses of vaccine against foot-and-mouth disease, which is an epidemic among livestock in Iraq, UN spokesman Fred Eckhard said.
He added that a high output of 16.7 million barrels of oil and rising oil prices combined to help Iraq reach $211 million in oil-for-food revenues last week.
