Iran, Britain to restore full diplomatic relations

The British daily the Guardian on Tuesday said that Britain and Iran will restore shortly their full diplomatic relations on the level of ambassadors following long cessation.
A spokesman for the British Foreign Ministry told the British daily that a joint announcement will be issued later simultaneously in London and Tehran within the coming days, including normalization of relations between Iran and the UK.
The spokesman added that the two countries will restore bilateral trade, economic and political relations, at a time when the European Union is seeking to initiate trade contracts with the Iranians.
