One Israeli soldier killed, two wounded in south Lebanon

The Lebanese resistance has claimed its responsibility for the killing of an Israeli soldier and the wounding of two others in an attack near Beaufort inside the occupied strip of south Lebanon.
In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said its fighters on Monday detonated an explosive charge when an Israeli patrol was driving on Beaufort road. The resistance said it had directed a qualitative blow to the Israeli Army when the resistance forces broke down anew all Israeli security measures.
Meanwhile, resistance forces attacked two Israeli positions in Sujoud and Beer Klab inside the occupied strip of south Lebanon. On Sunday night, the resistance forces attacked Israeli positions inside the occupied strip of south Lebanon. The attacks inflicted damages on the positions, Lebanese resistance sources said.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes on Monday attacked positions just north of Israel's south Lebanon occupation zone, a security source said. The source added that two Israeli jet fighters fired a total of four rockets in two rounds at a valley near the villages of Zibqin and Jibal al-Botoum north of the western sector of the 15 km-deep buffer zone. The planes fired four rockets in two successive raids on al-Tuffah district ridges north of the of the zone, the source said.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes carried out raids on the area located between Zibqin and al-Botoum mountain. Lebanese security sources said the Israeli planes fired air-to-surface missiles on the area. No casualties were reported.
News reports from south Lebanon said on Monday there were armor movements in Israeli positions in al-Tibeh, Olman and Keseir.
The news reports said Israeli troops intend to redeploy their troops inside the occupied strip of south Lebanon. Moreover, Israeli warplanes continued their intensified sorties over south Lebanon. Security sources said Israeli jet fighters carried out mock raids at low and medium altitude.
Security news reports from the occupied area of Jezzine said the pro-Israeli South Lebanon Army militia is subjecting the crossing on Safariyeh road, Jezzine to arbitrary oppressive measures.
