Muslims in Germany collect assistance for Kosovar refugees

Muslim communities in Germany have joined the country's charity organizations in a campaign to collect humanitarian assistance to Kosovar refugees.
Special bank accounts were opened for contributions of muslim and non-muslim donators in Germany.
According to Mohammed Harrach, chairman of the Arab cultural association which manages a mosque in Bonn, the muslim organizations in Germany are centralizing all relief in southern Germany and have already sent clothes and food to the refugee camps.
However, he went on, it was decided to focus more on financial contributions.
