Commercial facilities for Egyptians abroad

The Egyptian government decided to present new facilities to Egyptians abroad who desire to open branches of their companies inside Egypt, to be made through embassies and consulates, and that the consent of the specialized ministers must be granted in the field of the company's work and documents must be presented that include the company's contract, copies of cards of the participants in it and the basic financial system of the mother company.

Egyptian governmental sources told ArabicNews.com that it is legal to open branches of foreign companies in Egypt on the condition that the participation of the Egyptian capital in these companies must be 51% and the Egyptians have the right of administration.
