Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Arens said today that he is going to decrease Israel Army forces stationed in south Lebanon, adding that military sites affiliated to the Israeli forces will be transferred to the South Lebanon Army militia, which is allied with Israel. Two Moroccan women members of parliament are to take part in Brussels in the meeting of female lawmakers, held as part of the 101st session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. Speaker of the chamber of advisors, upper house of the Moroccan parliament, Mohamed Jalal Essaid, Friday expressed satisfaction at the lifting of the embargo enforced against Libya since 1992.
