Moroccan daily reports existence of smuggling and illegal emigration rings at Algerian-Moroccan borders

Moroccan daily "Al Alam" reports this Friday the existence at Moroccan-Algerian borders of networks specialized in smuggling and illegal emigration.
According to the paper, the traffic of illegal emigrants which started in the 80s covers both directions (Algerians migrating to Morocco and vice-versa) as well as sub-saharan emigrants.
These rings are using highly sophisticated communication means to conduct their activities, says "Al Alam."
