Bringing back 27 Egyptian antiquities from Jordan

Egypt is receiving during the coming days a set of rare Egyptian antiquities that were smuggled to Jordan during last November.
Gaballah Ali Gaballah, the secretary general of the Egyptian Higher Council for Antiquities, stated that the set includes 27 pieces from the Batalema age.
Gaballah said Egyptian Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni received a note from Hani Riyadh, Egypt's ambassador to Jordan, regarding the arrangements for bringing these antiquities back, adding that the minister issued a decision for an Egyptian delegation to travel to fulfill the procedures to bring back these antiquities.
