Islamic organization wants refugees to return to Kosovo

The Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) said Wednesday Kosovar refugees should return to their country where they should be guaranteed political and religious rights and protected from Yugoslav repression.
In a statement to "Sawt Al-Arab" radio station, the OIC secretary general, Azeddine Laraki, said the organization supports all moves likely to restore to the Kosovo inhabitants their rights.
He added that the OIC contact group on Kosovo which will meet this Wednesday in Geneva will decide on the material assistance to be extended to the inhabitants of the region.
