Jordanian opposition parties condemn massacres in Kosovo
Jordan-Morocco-Yugoslavia, Politics, 4/7/1999
Jordanian opposition parties condemned the large-scale NATO attacks against Yugoslavia and the acts of killing and the massacres and deportation in Kosovo district.
A statement issued in Amman on Tuesday by the higher coordination committee of the Jordanian opposition parties condemned and denounced the use of force and weapons of mass destruction against Serbia instead of "resorting to the language of dialogue and peaceful solutions," a matter which raises doubts in the declared objectives of NATO and gives justifications to embark on such aggressive practices in other parts of the world.
The statement on the other hand, noted that what is taking place against the people of Kosovo is a greater crime which "we condemn and call for settling it peacefully and to resort to the language of dialogue in this respect."
