Morocco and Cote D'Ivoire sign cooperation accord in geology and oil prospecting

Morocco and Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) agreed to foster cooperation in matters of geology, mining and oil prospecting under a protocol of agreement signed in Marrakesh over the weekend.
The agreement, initialled by Moroccan Energy and mining minister, Youssef Tahiri, and Cote D'Ivoire minister of oil and mining resources, Mohamed Lamine Sadika, provides for the exchange of experience and reinforcement of partnership between the two countries.
Another partnership accord was concluded between Moroccan and Ivorian companies operating in the mining, energy and gas sectors.
