Egyptian diplomatic mission returns from Yugoslavia

It was decided that members of a Egyptian diplomatic mission would return from Yugoslavia due to the current war in the Balkans between NATO and Yugoslavia.
Egypt's first assistant foreign minister, Samir Sief El-Yazel, said that all presonnel of the Egyptian embassy, chaired by Ambassador Hany Khilaf, have actually left Belgrade returning to Cairo according to the decision of Foreign Minister Amr Moussa.
Sons and wives of the mission's members returned to Cairo last Friday due to the strained situation in Yugoslavia.
On the other hand, Moussa confirmed that summoning the Egyptian diplomatic mission in Yugoslavia is a temporary procedure due to considerations concerning the situation in the Balkans.
Moussa confirmed that the most important thing currently is to end the ethnic purges, and they should reach a positive result by halting deportations and ethnic purges, and allowing the return of refugees, which is an important matter.
Concerning the date expected for holding the meeting of the Islamic contact group affiliated to the Organization of Islamic Conference in Geneva to discuss the situation in Kosovo, Moussa said this meeting is expected to be held during the current week.
