Israel continues aggression against south Lebanon

In retaliation to the Israeli acts of aggression against south Lebanon and the western Bekaa, the Lebanese resistance carried out on Sunday a series of operations against Israel and Israeli-allied militia positions in the occupied border strip.
In a statement released on Sunday, the Lebanese resistance said that one of the resistance groups shelled Israeli artillery positions in Kosajarea near the border with Palestine. A second Lebanese resistance group attacked an Israeli position in Dabshe, while a third group shelled Israeli moves in al-Ahmadeyah in the eastern sector. The Balat position was also directly hit.
Meanwhile, Lebanese security sources reported that the number of casualties has increased as a result of the Israeli bombardment of the town of Habboush in al-Tuffah district. The Lebanese resistance sources said that several Lebanese citizens were wounded. They are Latifa Sheet, Fatemah Hilwani, Zeinab Khasir, Musa Atris, Alaa Ayoub and Fatemah Ayoub. Their ages range between 2 and 8 years old. All of the wounded were admitted to al-Najda hospital in Nabateyah, the Lebanese sources said.
Lebanese security sources said the Israeli artillery, using nail and fusion bombs, shelled the Habboush town. Three civilians were injured and a number of houses were damaged, the sources added. They also said Israeli forces bombarded the towns of Kafra, Yater and Zibqin as well as the Shittieh and al-Butoum mountains in the western sector. Heavy material losses were inflicted upon houses and properties, the sources said.
The sources said the Israeli military positions in the western, central and eastern sectors fired, using heavy machine guns, on towns and villages in front-line areas.
Moreover, Israeli warplanes renewed raids carried out against areas north of the occupied zone of south Lebanon. Lebanese security sources said the planes raided Burket Qeis area close to Zibqin town and fired three air-to-surface missiles.
Lebanese army anti-aircraft guns fired on the attacking planes while the Lebanese resistance launched two Sam- 7 missiles, the sources continued. The sources added that the planes raided the areas between Zibqin and al-Botoum twice and fired seven air-to-surface missiles.
On Saturday, Israeli occupation forces continued their attacks against areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon and its western Bekaa. Lebanese security sources said the occupation artillery bombarded on Saturday, the Zalaya valley, the outskirts of Zouter East and Zouter West towns and the Litani river area in al-Nabatiyah district.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese resistance retaliated against the Israeli attacks. It attacked the Israeli position in al-Qasir inside the occupied part of south Lebanon. Lebanese resistance sources said the attack resulted in achieving direct hits on the Israeli position.
Earlier in the day, the Israeli forces bombarded several towns and villages adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon. Lebanese security sources said the Israeli artillery bombarded the outskirts of Farroun, al-Ghandoreyah and Wadi al-Hafir.
Meanwhile, Lebanese resistance forces attacked two Israeli occupation forces positions inside the occupied strip of south Lebanon. Resistance sources noted that one of its groups attacked, using rockets and machine guns, the Israeli positions in Samaa and al-Hardoun and that direct hits were achieved.
