Official talks between Qatar, Turkey

A round of official talks was held today in Doha between the Turkish President Suleiman Demirel and the Ruler of Qatar SheikhHamad Bin Khaleifa al Thani.
The Gulf news agency said that talks during the meeting centered on means of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries as well as issues of mutual concern. Later in the day, the Turkish President arrived in Bahrain. The Gulf News Agency said that Demirel will during his visit offer his condolence to the Emir of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa on the death of his father Sheikh Issa Bin Salman al-Khaleifa.
