Arafat to visit Tokyo next week

The Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Komoura on Friday in Tokyo said that chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat will hold a two-day visit to Japan on April 7 and 8. AFP quoted Koumora as saying that Arafat will, during the visit, hold talks with Japanese officials relating to negotiations between the Palestinian authority and Israel.
