Viagra issued according to court judgement

The Israeli courts decided to compensate a young Palestinian man by giving him dosages of Viagra. The young man was shot by the Israeli occupation forces, leading to his injury and impotence.
The Israeli authorities agreed on paying the compensation but refused to shoulder criminal responsibility.
